How It Works
I take a requested photo from our property photo shoot, and upload it into an AI virtual staging program. I tell the program to stage a room as a bedroom, kitchen, office, dining room, outdoor patio space, kid's room, etc. Then, a style can be selected to mimic a modern home, coastal home, farmhouse, luxury/glamorous, etc.
The program creates a few variations of the room with different staging, and I select the best results to send to you.
You are only charged $5 per original image that you request to be virtually staged. You are not charged for multiple stagings of that originally selected image.
