"Basic 2D" Floor Plan - Free*

*This type of floor plan is included (free) with any interior photo requests of a property (or 3 cents sq/ft without photo request)
It shows dimensions for rooms and total sq ft space, or you can request for a version without any dimensions shown It also shows patio spaces, windows, and door entry locations |
"Plus 2D" Floor Plan, Home Report, AND Virtual Tour - $50

Includes the "Basic 2D" black and white floor plan
Adds a color coded floor plan that more easily shows shared living spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms/washrooms Adds an unbranded RMLS ready virtual tour*, which shows the photos of the property and their location on the floor plan (see example below) *The virtual tour is only useful when requested with interior photos It also includes a home report (PDF document), listing the home's details and room specifics The floor plan also shows more details of the home (door opening direction, location of fixed furnishings such as sinks, showers, bathtubs, stovetops, cupboards, kitchen islands, etc.) |
"Premium 3D" Tour and Virtual Rendering - $100

Includes everything from the "Basic 2D" and "Plus 2D" options, including the same unbranded RMLS virtual tour
Adds a virtual rendering of the floor plan, which accurately depicts paint colors, flooring types and colors/patterns, along with fixed furniture (sinks, cabinets, showers, etc.) This is a great option when compared to Zillow or Matterport for homes that are cluttered or undergoing final repairs, as the rendered image will remove cluttered items, replicate or replace existing furniture, and show sections that are being repaired in a finished manner This image to the left is completely virtual, yet matches the physical home's floors, colors, countertops, etc. and adds in staged furniture |
GLA (Gross Living Area) Floor Plan - $40

A more detailed version of the traditional appraisal floor plan as well as the area calculation formula
Aligns with the ANSI Z765 standard set by Fannie Mae for Gross Living Area measurements Includes a "Basic 2D" black and white floor plan |
CAD Files - $75
